Reconciliation
We are committed to making positive social change for Australia’s First Nations Peoples through the active employment of, and partnership with, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, enterprises and communities.
Our approach
With extensive experience working in regional and remote areas and within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, our policies, plans, initiatives, and training programs reflect our commitment to equal opportunity and recognise the immense contribution of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in our workforce.
Our commitment to creating meaningful career pathways includes connecting First Nations peoples to projects and establishing partnerships with school-based organisations such as UNIQ You and the Clontarf Foundation.
We actively partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-owned businesses and suppliers, promoting supplier diversity and directly contributing to the growth and sustainability of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander enterprises.
