In an industry traditionally dominated by men, we are also dedicated to achieving a more balanced workforce. Currently, women make up 21% of our workforce, and we are committed to increasing this representation with year-on-year improvements.
Women@BMD
The Women@BMD working group is dedicated to advancing gender equity and cultivating a supportive culture for women within our organisation. Comprising a diverse range of senior leaders and male allies, the group collaborates closely with regional diversity and inclusion committees to align strategies and implement a Group action plan.
Our mission focuses on enhancing women’s success and retention in the industry by identifying and addressing barriers - whether they be policies, procedures, or behavioural challenges. Through these efforts, the Women@BMD group aims to create an environment where women can thrive and contribute to our collective success.
