Case studies
Minnippi residential estate
BMD’s integrated delivery model was key to delivering Minnippi’s residential precincts. Our integrated model led to a high level of integration between design and construct components, which led to outstanding project outcomes.Empower undertook design works, BMD Urban completed the civil works and JMac delivered the landscaping works onsite. Urbex delivered the completed stages as the developer, with Urbex Realty as marketing and sales manager. This level of integration from BMD’s business units optimised communication, reduced risks and allowed the deployment of a strong, collaborative and technically experienced team.
Capestone residential estate
Capestone is a master-planned community on 300 hectares of land located in Mango Hill, 40 minutes north of Brisbane’s CBD. Featuring more than 2000 homes, the project demonstrates the strength of BMD’s integrated model in utilising the expertise of multiple BMD Group companies including BMD Urban, Empower, JMac, and Urbex, to deliver a successful project from design to completion.
Through BMD’s integrated delivery model, the project’s design was consistently fast tracked to ensure accelerated schedules were achieved, and stages of work were delivered on time and on budget.
