Outcomes

JMac minimised the removal of vegetation and engaged environmental consultants to manage landfill removal. The project team worked closely with Brisbane City Council to ensure compliant erosion and sediment controls. JMac implemented sustainable design and technologies including toilets that flush using rainwater collected onsite and solar panels to help offset energy.

The Queensland first nature play area was constructed with elements inspired by features and materials found in nature rather than standard park play equipment and includes water play, climbing features, discovery trails and sculptural artworks.
