Outcomes
BMD’s vertical integration strategy was illustrated during construction with BMD Constructions undertaking civil construction work for the residential allotments and associated road, intersections and bridge infrastructure. Empower Engineers & Project Managers prepared the detailed four phase subdivisional layout plan, and undertook master planning for engineering infrastructure, detailed engineering design, documentation and contract administration, and certification of the civil construction phase.
