Peter brings over 20 years of industry experience in commercial, legal and risk management having worked across both the private and public sectors, with expertise spanning building, civil, rail, airports, water, renewables, defence and marine projects.
In his current role as National General Manager - Commercial and Risk, Peter leads teams to prepare complex tenders, analyse risk, contractual claims, and disputes with a focus on maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
He has extensive leadership and management skills and supports BMD’s construction business in the commercial aspects of strategy, corporate governance, systems, policy, processes, reporting and partnering.
Peter’s expertise in complex project environments, coupled with his collaborative approach, contributes to the successful delivery of projects and the achievement of BMD’s strategic objectives.
