The BMD Group (BMD) regularly reproduces images and recordings (whether sound, digital or otherwise) of employees in its publications, advertising, social media, promotional and marketing material and on its website to promote the company. At times, we also use staff photographs and video footage in external signage, such as on job sites, roads/highways, and in other public or community locations as required.

BMD would like to be able to use and reproduce one or more images and/or recordings of you for this purpose and is seeking your consent to do so.

If you agree to us using your images and/or recordings in this way now and in the future, please review the declaration below, enter your details and press the submit button.

DECLARATION

I give the BMD Group, its wholly owned subsidiaries, representatives, employees and the photographer, irrevocable rights and permission to use and re-use, publish and re-publish the images and/or recordings, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with printed matter, or in composite form, and in any medium, for any purposes of BMD whatsoever.I waive my right to inspect or approve any advertising or similar copy that is used in connection with my photograph/s or video footage. I am of full legal age, I have read this release and are fully familiar with its contents.
