BMD’s award-winning Foundations graduate program has been designed to bridge the gap between formal education and the workforce, establishing a clear path for graduates’ development and success at BMD.
About the program
We offer a range of graduate positions across the BMD Group, including in the fields of:
- Engineering
- Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ)
- Human Resources
- Information Technology
- Marketing and Communications
- Community and Stakeholder Engagement
- Proposals
- Finance and Accountancy.
BMD’s industry-leading Foundations program is designed to set you up for a long and successful career – by building a solid foundation. Participants will:
- Engage in structured learning with a program designed to develop critical thinking, problem-solving and leadership skills
- Receive mentoring from BMD’s Board of Directors, executive management team and emerging leaders who genuinely want to build your leadership qualities and help you progress through the ranks
- Experience exciting hands-on and in-person learning every six months to build relationships and network with your peers from across the country
- See inspiring presentations from industry experts to build your skills in problem solving, critical thinking, and teamwork.
Program eligibility
To be eligible for Foundations, you must be completing your studies at the end of the year and be ready to join the program full-time from the new year.
You can also apply if you have completed your studies up to 24 months prior to your program commencement.
